I offer a variety of bespoke services dependant on what you are trying to achieve and the level of support you would like.
There are four categories:
ONE TO ONE
Working 1-1 with a client allows for a personalised approach. I take into account everything within your lifestyle such as current/past training experience, sport, any current or past injuries/conditions, nutrition, fluid intake, stress levels, causes of stress, sleep and your age. This allows me to gain a better understanding of potential barriers or potential opportunities to influence your goal.
Once I have a better understanding I can then create a training habit that you can be consistent with leading to sustainability and therefore leading to real results. All of which I shall be guiding you with 10 years worth of experience and knowledge to ensure the most effective methods and exercises are used to help you reach your goal, done so safely to ensure longevity to this aspect of your life.

TRAIN & PERFORM
Whether you are a seasoned athlete or just starting on your fitness journey, train and perform will suit you and your needs. It is structured to cover strength, power, core strength, conditioning and mobility, all key areas for anyone to survive day to day life or to perform at ones best in their chosen sport. Hold on so your telling me that a 45 year old man who is focusing on keeping himself active for health purposes will be training alongside a 21 year old female who is pushing for national selection for a sport? Yes that is correct for needs differ by degree not kind. All Sessions are structured from session to session and week to week ensure that progress is made.
This program was designed with the intent of educating people how to move well with minimal equipment, limited space and a thirst for improving themselves from a holistic approach taking care of themselves physically and mentally. The online community is a source of information for movement, nutrition, mental well-being and a mixture of live and recorded sessions for you to join in with and mix with like minded individuals. It offers the ability to train consistently from the comfort of your own home with professional advice.
